Compassionate, detail oriented, available, and ethical. After interviewing several Attorneys I had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Schulz via a recommendation from a friend. I immediately realized based on the initial conversation that I would retain Mr. Schulz. He listened without interrupting and explained the positives and negatives related to my case and began the process of developing a strategy for my divorce. I retained Brett Schultz to handle a post-judgment issue for me, and I am so glad I did. First of all, he does not have an ego like many of these snobby Boca lawyers have. He is a genuine guy…always called back promptly and never rushed me off the phone. Extremely fair with his fee.

Three years ago, after a long unnecessary litigated biased divorce my children and I were thrown out into the street and given 7 days to move from our home without any monetary help. Long story short, I also lost my attorney. I went Pro Se. As the year passed and as hard as I tried, I couldn’t get ahead legally. The realization of losing my son was too difficult to fathom. So, through many phone calls to other attorneys who couldn’t and wouldn’t take my case (conflict of interest I was told), I found Mr. Brett Schultz. The Best Ever!!! Brett is the best hands down…he helped me win a child support case, and as a man in Florida, that is highly unusual.
